I understand, because I've walked my own story of restoration after my own betrayal was uncovered, and I bring hope, reflection, and coping skills to help them feel seen and heard. When someone is ready to begin, I walk them through three simple steps: break the silence and come into the light, walk out of the shame and into grace, and start the work of restoration. From there, I invite them to surrender, to walk in transparency, to take an honest look at themselves, and to get clear on what they truly want the outcome to be.
